The enquiry form asks for your name, email, city or country, interest, message and optional organisation. Do not provide payment credentials or sensitive personal information. Wouri uses submitted details to respond to the enquiry and discuss the requested topic; submission does not automatically enrol you in unrelated marketing.
Delivery and storage
In a local preview, enquiries are saved in a private local inbox and are not emailed. The form explicitly identifies this result. When configured for production, enquiries are emailed through AWS SES to Wouri's contact inbox. Infrastructure and email systems may process operational records to deliver the message. Production providers, hosting region and retention arrangements require confirmation before public launch.
Cookies and tracking
This version does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or an optional cookie store. Standard server and infrastructure logs may still record request information for operation and security. Any future optional analytics or marketing technology requires this notice to be updated and consent handling assessed.

Email engineering@wourievcharging.com with privacy questions or a request concerning a submitted enquiry. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Wouri will need to verify the request before changing or disclosing records.
Before public launch
The legal entity identity, contact address, applicable obligations, production retention schedule and any international transfer arrangements must be confirmed and this notice reviewed. This draft must not be presented as evidence of regulatory compliance.
